St. Irenaeus Junior Youth Ministry is a peer ministry that meets once per month during the school year for parish youth in grades six through eight. Through a variety of faith-based activities, Bible study, and open discussions relating to the challenges of teen life, members are provided with a safe and fun environment to grow in their faith.
Service activities include a Christmas collection for the military, cookie baking and caroling for parish shut-ins, an Easter egg hunt and pancake breakfast, and helping with the parish Vacation Bible School and Advent giving tree. The Sunday evening meeting time is 6:30 to 8:00. Please contact our Junior Youth Ministry leader with any questions.
