Sponsors Godparents for Baptism and Sponsors for Confirmation provide a great service to the Church, as well as to the one receiving the Sacrament. By their active and frequent participation in the Sacramental life of the Church, they witness by their actions what their role signifies. Sponsors for either Sacrament must be 16 years of age, have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and be active participating members of a Parish. Certificates can be obtained from the Rectory. | |||
